The Grand Canyon For Free

grand canyonWe spent yesterday in Grand Canyon National Park with our son and his family. It was a gorgeous sunny day. When we pulled up to the front gates of the park my husband had his wallet out to pay the $25 entry fee. The attendant handed us a map and a brochure and said,”Enjoy your free visit to the park.” Since it was President’s Day weekend national parks in the United States were offering free admission to all visitors. We got to see what is considered one of the wonders of the world and it didn’t cost us a penny. grand canyon national park
